Topicals Rewards is our free loyalty program that rewards you based on how much you shop. The more you spend + engage, the more rewards and benefits you can earn. You can join by creating a Topicals account. Once created, you’re automatically enrolled. You’ll earn points for orders, engagement, and special activities. ### How is my tier status determined? Your tier is based on how much you spend (in USD) each year or if you have an active subscription. - Fresh Face: $0–$74.99 per year - Routine Regular: $75–$149.99 per year OR active subscription - Top Shelf: $150+ per year Your tier updates as soon as you qualify and resets once per year. ### When does my tier reset? Your tier status will reset annually on a rolling basis based on when your account was created. ### What counts toward annual spend? Annual spend includes product purchases on [mytopicals.com](/content/site-root.html) after discounts but includes tax and shipping costs. Additionally, subscription replenishment orders count. Receipt uploads and referral rewards do not count toward tier spend. ### Can loyalty rewards and promo codes be combined? Rewards may not be combined with some promotions. Only one reward can be used per order. ### How do points work? Points are earned by completing activities listed on your account page. Earned points are converted into discount codes. You can apply these to future purchases.
